We are engaged as a vendor rather than through a recruitment panel, our cost base is small, and our margin is thin. The result is that the client pays less than they would to a consultancy and you earn more than you would through an agency.
We will tell you the margin. Ask.
Being an associate is not exclusive. Work direct, work through others, take what suits you.

Met in the room first
Seventy-six architects have worked with us since 2023, across enterprise, solution, data, security, integration and business architecture. Most of them we met in a room before we ever put them on an assignment.
We do not publish the list. Clients see names, references and an assessment when there is a live piece of work, and not before.
If you architect for a living in New Zealand and we have not met, that is worth fixing. ben@collada.co.nz
